My spouse and I hired ASI Interiors to complete a full development of our basement. I am one of the fussiest women around. I like things done right, I’m a stickler for great customer service and I was pregnant during our renos. For Jerry & Susan to have pleased us so much is an achievement. No job is without its problems and when we encountered any, I was amazed at Jerry’s attitude; “it’s your basement, we do it the way you want”. He didn’t bicker about price adjustments. He explained our options, the pros and cons and then did as we wanted. His scheduling was a few weeks off and in today’s day of jobs being delayed for months; we were pleased to be completed within a few weeks of the target date. When the basement was done, it was FULLY completed. Jerry didn’t leave our house until every detail was to our satisfaction. Our little “nuances” didn’t take back stage to his next big job waiting in the wings. I was very impressed at Jerry’s balance between professionalism and casualness at our job site. His subcontractors were dealt with smoothly, he kept our basement very clean, had the garbage removed on an almost daily basis, he didn’t obstruct our day to day lives; he even did the little things like making sure he didn’t block our parking. He does quality work, was fun, very approachable, comfortable to be around and he didn’t let our indecisiveness about certain things deter or frustrate him. At least it didn’t show! We were left with an extremely positive experience; we got great value for our dollar and absolutely love our basement. We were very satisfied with the work that was completed by ASI Interiors Inc. from the get go. Our financial situation allowed for only development of our dedicated home theatre room at the time. The majority of developers would not even look at doing a partial development of a basement and thus limiting our options. The main reason I initially called upon ASI was their “no job is too big or too small” reference. We received an immediate response from Jerry regarding a quote and given a start up date. There was no issue with our request to developing only the one room. Despite being a little behind on that start-up date Jerry continuously gave us an update on when things would go. However, once things got started, Jerry was very efficient at what he set out to do and despite numerous changes to our plan made by myself, both Jerry and Susan were receptive of our needs and adjusted their work accordingly. The entire job from start to finish took just under 4 weeks (this included framing, electrical, dry walling, mudding, painting, and moldings) and now our family is enjoying this entertainment room immensely.
