General Renovations

From a simple renovation project such as changing your bathroom taps to a full blown basement project, ASI Interiors Inc. has the experience and knowledge required to complete the job. Most home owners feel that small projects are generally beneath most contractors and find it difficult to get someone to do the job for them. Not so with ASI Interiors Inc.!

Upgrading lighting fixtures or electrical switches and outlets, installing new countertops or replacing sinks, replacing baseboard or installing a new storm door, are but a few of the renovations we have undertaken.

Other areas of experience include complete basement development, to add that extra bedroom or bathroom, to the addition of office space or storage on a commercial site.

Ceiling Restoration

Your stipple ceiling can be repaired (holes patched, move light fixtures, water damage). We can re-stipple if required. Then we re-paint with two coats of paint. A painted ceiling can really brighten up a house, especially when the walls have been re-painted.

Wood Restoration

Restore wood with laquer. Good for oak stair railings and spindles, furniture, fireplace mantles, cabinets etc. Gives the wood a beautiful finish.

Epoxy Flooring

Epoxy can be used on concrete floor surfaces. This works well on the basement floor, garage floor, deck, patio and car ports. Two coats of epoxy and a sealer are then applied giving the floor a long lasting durable finish.

Baseboards

Baseboards can be repaired or replaced. We can also install crown mouldings.

Wallpaper Removal

Completely removes old wallpaper from walls. Includes complete removal of the glue and paper. Walls are then properly prepared (sanding, patching, wall repair etc).

Power Washing

You can power wash many different surfaces around the house. Clean and brighten vinyl siding, concrete, brick, stucco, wood , fence, deck and deck railing etc. We use a special cleaning solution which cleans deep down into the surface. This is a must for preparing surfaces for painting. If you plan on doing the fence yourself we can power wash it first.
